When will my order ship/arrive?
All orders ship via USPS within 1-3 business days of being placed, with the exclusion of pre-order products. At this time, all orders ship from the Chicago area.
If I pre-order a product, will I receive it on release day?
We will do our best to ship all pre-orders in a timely fashion. This includes shipping the orders out a few days prior to release, to make sure everyone gets it on time. Some may receive their products a few days earlier than the advertised release.
If a product is sold out, will it be restoked? When?
This depends on the release and the band. Some items in our store are specifically limited edition items that will not be restoked. More common items, such as records from our artists, will be restoked ASAP.
What is the #SizeUp donation at checkout? Where does it go?
We created the #SizeUp fund specifically to give a little extra boost to our artists on the road. We want to deliver cool bands to cool people all over the country, sometimes it takes a little bit of gas money.
I work at/own/know a guy at a record store. Can we carry your products or buy at a wholesale price.

Can I order outside of the United States?
We currently offer International Shipping for $9.99. However, due to COVID-19 protocols, we cannot anticipate a specific shipping date to your location. We will, of course, contact you if there are any problems related to your order.
